Exhibition
An exhibition will be organized at the
conference venue from December 17-19, 2009.
Instrument suppliers, enterpreneurs,
consultants, publishers, industrialists,
traders etc. in the field of environment are
invited to display the exhibits. The
participants will be provided with enough
room for their exhibits.

Each unit of 3x2 or
2x2 m includes space, spotlights, power
plug, information desk, two chairs, 24-hour

listing in the Exhibit Directory.
Exhibition Schedule
Arranging
the exhibits: December 16, 2009
Exhibition trade negotiation: December 17-18, 2009
Removal of exhibits: Before midnight of December 19, 2009
Procedure to participate in the Exhibition
To participate
in the exhibition, you need to fill in the
Exhibition Form and remit the exhibition fee
(DD/cheque/wire transfer). The DD/cheque
should be drawn in favour of ‘RAEP-SJC’
payable at ‘Agra’ and should be sent to the
conference Convener. In case of wire
transfer, remittances can be made to Western
Union from which our banker (State Bank of Patiala, Nehru Nagar, Agra, India) would
recover the payment.
