Accompanying
members need to pay 50% of the above amount
in each category.
Registration fee
includes conference bag, souvenir, abstract
book, get-together party, coffee break,
lunch, banquet and half-day excursion around
Agra city. It does not include the cost of
accommodation, other meals, transportation,
and post-conference tours. The organizing
committee will not provide conference
materials to an accompanying person unless
the latter pays the full registration fee.
Research scholars and students may be asked
to submit a letter in support of their
bonafide status from their respective
institution head.
