Sponsorship Categories and Privileges

In order to raise sufficient funding to hold the conference, the organizing committee sincerely hopes to get financial supports coming from home and abroad. The following privileges will be given to the sponsors:

1. Their names including names of their companies or institutions will
    be printed in “Acknowledgement” of the conference souvenir.
2. A session of 10-minute time will be arranged to each sponsor for a
    free talk and open discussion on December18, 2009.
3. They will be provided reserved seats at the opening ceremony of
    December 17, 2009.
4. Their names and logos will be displayed in functions.
5. Other benefits are mentioned below separately for each category:

Platinum Sponsor
Rs 5 lakh and above (US $ 13000 and above )

• Logo in our ads, in our conference website, in our invitation and in 
   the back drop
• Announcement about the sponsor in the hall
• Complimentary registration for 3 people
• Complimentary half page ad. in the souvenir

Gold Sponsor
Rs 3.5-5 lakh (US $ 9000-13000)
• Complimentary prime stall
• Logo in our conference website, in our invitation and in the back
   drop
• Complimentary registration for 2 people
• Complimentary half page ad. in the souvenir

Silver Sponsor
Rs 2 - 3.5 lakh (US $ 5000-9000)
• Complimentary stall
• Logo in our conference website and in our invitation
• Complimentary registration for 1 person.
• Complimentary half page ad. in the souvenir.

Function Host (lunch, dinner, conference kits etc.) Rs 2 lakh (US $ 5000)
• Proper display of logo in specific function.
• Complimentary half page ad. in the souvenir

Note: Sponsorship less than INR 2 lakh (< US $ 5000) is also welcomed.
